About Us
Our company is based on the belief that our clients' needs are the only thing that matters. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs.  As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat clients and referrals. Kenneth Friberg, a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, will meet with you, one on one, to explain our methods and address ALL of your concerns, as well as your personal
issue(s) in total confidence. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver to you the best service in the science of hypnosis.
.
I am a hypnotherapist located on the North Fork of Long Island.  I primarily work out of a medical office in Riverhead, however I am available for "house calls" anywhere on the Island.  I have over two decades of experience working with a broad range of conditions or issues including smoking cessation, weight loss, phobias, anxiety, pain management, ED, improving focus, PTSD, coping with stress, nervousness, insomnia, shyness, sports improvement, hypno-birthing, etc.
I received my hypnotherapy training at Brighton University and furthered my education and technique and continued training at the American Institute of Hypnotherapy.
I have been Board Certified through the American Board of Hypnotherapy since 1993 and am also a Professional Stress Counselor for individuals and businesses and their employees.

My affiliations and certifications include The American Hypnosis Association,  National Association of Hypnotherapists, International Guild of Hypnotists, College of Hypnotherapy,  Hypnosis Motivation Institute, American Hypnosis Institute, American International Hypnosis Association, SUNY Cobleskill, Mind Tools Ltd,  American School of Hypnosis, Coach U Inc., NLP Master Practitioner, American Board of Hypnotherapy, Stratford University, Empire State College, USUI Reiki Master, Columbia Pacific University, and the National Institutes of Heath and NCCAM.  I also had the great honor of being personally tutored by the late Dr. A. M. Krasner, PhD very early on in my career.

In addition, I continually expand my education and accreditation by periodic advancement and examinations through the above organizations as well as private study and practice, which covers over 20 years.  I also work regularly with persons experiencing developmental disabilities.  I'm happy and grateful to hear feedback from client/patients in the community that my patience and empathetic personality continues to help everyone that seeks my services.
I spend over 30 hours a week working with people suffering from various diagnoses including paranoia, schizophrenia, Down's syndrome, ADHD, cerebral palsy, PTSD, bi-polar disorder, depression, anxiety, etc.  I can also help their closest care-givers and their families.

There are very few as frightening as a diagnosis of the "C word" (cancer).  Hypnotherapy will help when there has been a diagnosis of cancer as well.  Keeping a positive and optimistic outlook through clinical hypnotherapy can help tilt the scales in one's favor, working in unison with state of the art chemotherapy.  But the mind MUST be in sync with the body in order for everything possible to work in one's favor, defeating this scourge of the human race.
